POSITION: Manufacturing Manager / ERP Systems, Pittsburgh, PA.
Summary: Client is a global/national Retail / Manufacturing company. We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for a startup facility in thePittsburgh, PA. area. This key member working with the President, will create, develop, and implement a full life cycle policy and procedure plans for the entire operational business related matters for this startup facility (up to future 100 employees). Project lead and manage the software (ERP, MRP) implementation process working closely with the IT Department. Oversee the compliance operating procedures, policies, internal audit control, and quality control systems requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years within the Manufacturing industry. Must have Start up plant facility and expansion experience. Must have 5+ years of Management / Supervisory / Project / Program Team Lead experience. Understands manufacturing activities and operational efficiencies to ensure alignment of financial and manufacturing requirements. Has lead and participated in projects programs (ERP, MRP) software implementations or upgrade installations process within a manufacturing environment. Extensive experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision to implementation. Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure.
