Python Director of Software Engineering, Chicago, Il 60606
Summary:The Director of Software Engineering is responsible for managing day-to-day development of our software solution. This is a hands-on position; we’re a growing software organization and you will be expected to be in the code on a daily basis in addition to managing the team.
Qualifications
• 10+ years experience of software development
• Strong experience with our software stack (Python, Django, MySQL, AWS) or a similar platform such as Ruby on Rails
• Experience architecting and deploying SaaS applications
• Experience building and managing a software engineering team
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and extremely thorough
Job Type: FT, Permanent Salary: a competitive attractive base salary + incentives.
