POSITION: Sales Executive – Healthcare Software, Rockville, MD
Summary: Our client is a leading provider of revenue cycle management, business and clinical intelligence solutions services to hospital and office-based physicians in over 40 states. We are seeking a Sales Executive within the Healthcare arena. This key Hunter-Minded motivated person will prospect and close new full service billing, software, and implementation and consulting contracts. Maintain relationships with key client contacts. Schedule face to face meetings, cold calling and utilize other sales methods to secure new business. Provide subject matter expertise for proposed solutions. Provide all critical documents and information necessary to close the sales contract.
Manage the sales process including developing and delivering materials and presentations such as initial value proposition, data gathering from client, sales proposal and service pricing contracts. Effectively lead all aspects of the sales process necessary to close the contract. Effectively introduce and transition to the company’s operations team into a positive working relationship with new and existing clients.
The Sales Executive placed in this position will cover the Maryland territory regions. Must be open to travel, aprox. 50%.
Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of Full Service Billing sales experience. Individual with strong hospital Existing relationships within the Maryland Territory area. Proven record of accomplishment selling to the physician level and C-level management. Knowledge of ICD-9 & CPC coding, hospital operations exp. Hunter minded professional, with high energy level/drive to succeed, and experience in a Revenue Cycle Management sales environment. Demonstrated record of accomplishment in delivering direct new business sales and increasing existing revenue sales results. Competent Technical Computer Knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, problem solving, conceptual skills, and organization skills. Must be detail oriented with outstanding presentation skills. Strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure.

SALARY: a competitive attractive base salary + bonus incentives. At plan person, can double salary
