Insides Sales Account Executive – Promotional Products
Location: Morton Grove, IL 60053
Full time permanent role
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Company will Not provide sponsorship or relocation for position.
Key points: At least 2 yrs of successful inside sales, ideally selling promotion products. Must know and understand the sales process, comfortable being on the phone, strong follow-up experience and works well in a team environment. Should be booking business deals of at least 3K with clients per month.
Summary: Exciting Promotional Company Looking for Experienced Key Account Managers (Base + Commission). Company is in the 1% of promotional product distributor and is seeking highly-motivated candidates to manage and grow existing client accounts.
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of promotional product selling experience and an understanding of how to effectively nurture and grow a book of accounts. Must understand the promotions process, such as artwork and mockups.
- In addition, candidates will understand the importance of building rapport; have the tenacity to locate additional promotional buyers within an organization, and work to understand what it takes for the clients to succeed with their product branding initiatives.
- Average first year compensation for Key Account Managers is approximately $70K to $85K for on target earning.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of promotional product selling experience
- Direct sales experience – Must have strong full sales cycle experience ( Cold and Warm Calling, Hunter Focus, Strong Closer)
- Outstanding relationship and communication skills.
- Has an understanding of how to effectively nurture and grow a book of accounts.
- Must understand the promotions process, such as artwork and mockups
