Summary:  Client provides end-to-end solutions to support matching and settlement for derivatives and commodity exchanges. Their solutions can range from a plug-and-play module to address a specific issue, to complete high-performance trading and risk systems with global market access. As key member, Trading Sales Executive, reporting to the Managing Director of North American operation (based in Chicago), you will be responsible for developing new business sales opportunities across North America selling into FCM’s, prop shops, investment banks. Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact (including cold calls) to the close of the sale for both trading and risk solutions. Participate in trade shows and industry professional activities. Work with the Chicago based technical experts, and the product team based in London to coordinate, package and send proposals in response to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal.

 QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years direct new business sales experience in the financial industry. MUST have been selling TRADING Software from companies such as ( Trading Technologies, RTS, SUNGARD, CQG, ORC, etc). ASP software is a plus. Willingness to travel throughout North America to achieve your career success. A demonstrable track record of selling complex technical solutions into major US banks. Experience of selling product-based solutions with a bundle of further services. Involved in sales with the initial contract value of $250k to $1million.
